Two Peas in a Pod

Aunt Frankie, Mom and Me

My Mom and her sister Frankie were inseparable. Mom was the oldest and the more practical, logical one. Aunt Frankie was more of a free spirit and social butterfly. Together they were two peas in a pod.

This picture was taken in an auto shop garage where my cousin Randy and his band were practicing for a gig. Randy let our youngest son Matthew set in on the drums. It was a night filled with lots of laughter and good music.

  1. Such a great picture of you 3! I have always referred to Aunt Frankie as our “Lucy” her personality reminded me so much of Lucy in the I Love Lucy series!!

  2. Ronny has referred to them many times as Lucy and Ethel!
