Fried Jello

I know I may be stepping on some toes, but it’s the biggest and the best after all. This year our trip to Texas for a high school reunion just happened to coincide with the last week of the fair. Here’s just a sampling of the food options. Note the Fletcher’s Corny Dogs booth. No true native Texan would go to the fair without eating at least one of these yummy treats.

Oh, I almost forgot. Voted the best “fried” food at the fair this year was jello. Do I need to say more?

  2. I couldn’t bring myself to try it, but I did have my Fletcher’s Corny Dog and funnel cake. I was a happy camper. Wish we could have stayed longer and spent a day together. Love you.
